Mr. B. W. Short, Reform candidate for the ITutt, addressed the electors at Eastbourne on Monday night.- The mooting, which comprised about forty ladies and gentlemen, was presided over by Mr. W. Hobbs, and a fine spirit of goodwill was evinced throughout tin; address.
