(Special!; written for Tug Dominion.) WIiD.YESDAY. Doiled neck of mutton. Vnrsley sauce. Potatoes. Carrots. Turnips. Strawberry meringue. STRAYVIiERRY SU3KIXGUB. Puff paste, i-pint strawberries (good measure), sugar to taste, white of 3 eggs, 3 tablespooiiiuls white pounded sugar for the mertngtio.
Cut si round of pulF paste us largo as a dinner plutc, and bake to a liebt bronn. Draw to the oveu door, and lay upon it the strawberries rolled in sugar, and cover these with .1" meringue made of the whipped whites and sugar. Heap it on so as to appear as rocky as possible, and Oalce until it is faintly tinged with yellow brown. Servo fresh, but not hot.
