MARERE, AT AUCKLAND. An arrival at Auckland at 4.30 a.m. yesterday was the Tyior liner Marere. Tho vessel, which is en route from London to Wellington, is due .it this port about Thursday, December 14.

ARAWA LEAVES GAPE TOWN. Cable advice recoived by the local agents for the Shaw, Savill and Albion Co. intimates that B.M.S. Arawa loft Cape Town for Hobart and Wellington on Sunday last. The vessel is due in port on Boxing Day, December 26.

THE NORFOLK. ■ On or about December 22 the F.-11.-S. steamer Norfolk is due a.l Dunedin from Sydney. Homewa-rd loading will bo commenced at the pouthern port, and the veswl will work her way up the coast to Wellington. This will be her final port, and she will be dispatched for Avonmouth about the beginning of next maftta.
