SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Prexsnt indications arc for showery and changeable weather, with clectrical disturbances in many parts. Strong southerly winds predominating with a rising barometer, but the winds will probably back by the west after from 24 to 36 hours, and the barometer fall again everywhere.
