M'Mannway, of Hastie's Hotel, Feinting, who challenged tho Rev, Mr. Hammond s denunciation of the pictorial representation of Miustertou, ami offered £K) to the Palmerslon Hospital if theso photographs were proved to he inaccurate, states that he ngrcod to tho Rev. Mr. Build, a No-License worker, and Mr. Coodbchero, Mayor of Feilding, acting as arbitrators. Bui; while, agreeing to Mr. M'lntyrc. also a No-Liecnsc worker, replacing Mr. Goodbehere. because the Mayor could not go, ho did not agreo to tho substitution of Mr. Trewin, and declares the report that was brought in iquite erroneous. He denies that Mr Hammond has proved his case.
