.On the motion of Mr. J. W. Macdonald, tho Supreme Court has granted to the Public Trustee probate of the wills of the undermentioned deceased persons:— William Fowkes, late of Dunedin, carter; Gustavus Frederick Oil, late of Bevonport, grocer; Ambrose Isaiah Hulme, late of Christchurch, baker; "William Wastncy, late of Nelson, gentleman; Charles Edwards, late of Monmouth, England, formerly of Pahiatua, farmer; William Guise, late of Wellington, bootmaker; Emma Cole, lato of Springston, widow, Bridget Ann White, uuc 01 Jfowick, widow; James Critchiield, lato Caversham, Dunedin, storekeeper - ; LachJan Macdonald, late of Mansfield T'jwn, Port Chalmers, ship's carpenter; Samuel Arthur Johanscn, late of Napier, seaman. Administration was obtained from the Court in respect of tho estates of the following:—Thomas Moffat t fowling, late, of Ellerslie, horsedcaler; James Shaw, lato of Glenaray Station, Wniknia, labourer (with rill annexed); George Drake, .late of ■Wellington, clerk; James Waters, late of Wellington, boilermaker (do bonis non); John Knos Johnston, late of Cheltenham, labourer; Robert Stuart Reid, late of Halfway Bush, electrical engineer; Robinson Spencer, lato of Rotonta, chemist; Elizabeth Anderson, late of Hunterville, widow; Charles Edward Leonard, late of Akaroa, labourer; Jamea Waller Braitbwaite, late of Johnsonville, auctioneer; Alfred Olsen, late of Kai Iwi, carpenter; Henry Pow, lato of Bickerstaff, labourer, David Douglas, late of Ivuiknura, coach driver; Charles Larson, lato of Waipukurau, labourer; Emily Anderson, late of Mount Barker, widow; John W. Hall, lato of Hastings, wood carver. Tho Court also sanctioned the sale of realty- in the estate of Mary Ann Millar, late of Auckland, widow.
