(Specially written for Triß Domtfios.) MONDAY. Cold Lamb. Mint Sauce. Salad. Potatoes. Chocolate Junquct with Cream. CHOCOLATE JUNQUET WITH CREAM. 2oz. grated chocolate, } pint whipped and sweetened cream, 1 pint milk* 1 teaspoonful essence of rennet. Dissolve the chocolate in a quarter of n pint of milk, then add the remainder of the milk, and heat until the milk is warm, but not hot. Add the essence of rennet, and pour the junquct into a s,'luss dish. Stand in a cool place for about l hour until the junquet is set. Just before serving pile the cream on top. FOR TO-MORROW. 21b. steak. Pickled Walnuts. Cabbage. Dates.
