An ultimatum has been sent to Teheran that unless Persia replies to Russia within forty-eight hours six thousand Russian troops at Resht will advance. Tho demands include tho dismissal of Mr. Morgan Sinister, tho payment of Russian costs, and that in futuro Europeans engaged in tho Persian service must bo approved by tho Russiun and British Legations.
