Otherwise, the, administration of justioo would fall into confusion, and the charges were therefore taken this moruing. When th? c'.isc was called, James Edward O'Shaugluiessy surrendered to his bail, but neither Mrs. Campbell nor Mrs. liassell made any answer when called. It was then intimated to his Honour Hint the two female prisoners who had been on bait were missing, and his Him.' our, having ordered their immediate arrcst, adjourned the Court until eleven o'clock. By that time, the two women had boon found. Tho case was I hen proceeded with, and, niter a quantity of evidence had been given in support of tho caso for the Crown, further hearing was adjourned until to-morrow.
