SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications arc for cloudy, wet, and boisterous weather generally, high northerly and westerly winds, and a falling' barometer everywhere. The barometer rose slightly last evening, but has .fallen everywhere to-day. Strong westerly winds ha,vc prevailed, with increasing cloudiiicsn and hazy weather generally and showers in parts.
