MARMALADE PUDDING. lour ounces Hour, 20z.-i.usar, loz. marmalade, 3oz. aicl, soz. breadcrumbs, 1 teaspoontul carbonate of tod a, milk. Shred and cboi) the suet. Mix the dour, siwr, sugar, and breadcrumbs together in a basin. Add the iminnnlade, the soda dissolved in a little warm milk, and enough milk to mix to a rather stiff mixture. J'ut into a well-greased basin and steam for three hours. I'OK TO-MORROW. Two pounds neck 01' mutton. Curry, powder. Cabbage, Marmalade. Suet.
