ELECTION MATTER'S.' ; (By Telesraph-Press Association.) Hastings, November 24. A writ claiming JE2OOO damages has been served on "The Tribune, Ltd." by tho instruction of Mr. 11. Lan Sinison, Government candidate for Hawke's Bay, for having published, on November 3, a paragraph which, ho alleged, contained a libel .against himself.
