UNION COMPANY'S PLANS. Bj Tolesraoh—Press Association—CoDrrleht (Ecc. November 23, 10 p.m.) New York, November 23. It is announced in San Francisco that tho Union Steam Ship Company of Now Zealand will placo an additional steamer on the San Francisco route and extend the servico to Sydney. Tho steamer Tahiti will enablo tho company to maintain tho present 28-day schedalo at both ends of tho line.
