Giving ovidenco bnioro tho Food Commission, Dr. Ashburton Thompson, permanent head of tho Department of Publio Health, New South Wales, said ho regarded fish us inferior to lean meat as a tissue-builder. It did not specially nourish tho brain or tho nervous system, but was a suitablo substitute for meat.
