' REFUGEES FROM TRIPOLI. By Telesraph—Press Association—Gojyrijhl Vienna, November 13. Hundreds of refugees from Tripoli who wore transported by the Italians to Trieste, Austria, were' not allowed to land at that port, as the Turkish Consul was without funds to defray their journey t&cncc to Turkey. THE TRIPOLI .MASSACRE. GERMAN CONFIRMATION. . Berlin, November 19. Herr Gottberg, the correspondent at Tripoli of tho newspaper "Berliner Lokal Anzsigcr," confirms the statements mado by Mr. M'Cullagh, correspondent of tho ■"Westminster Gazette,-" and minutely describes tho panic and indiscipline of (ho Italian troops after the' attack on them by tho Arabs on October 23. He also pives an account of tho massacre. Sometimes, he says, when a murder was being perpetrated by tho men, officers hastened to participate in it.
