SECOND TROPHIES' SERIES. The Suburbs Defence Rifle Club opened their second series for trophies at ranges 300, 500, and GOO yards. The wind was very tricky, from the north-west, making the shooting very hard at the longer ranges. This is the first time this year the club used the figure target, with the 8-inch invisible bull at 300 yards, and some fairly Kood scores were put up at this range.
