With tho preliminary observation that every concession mado by flio corporation to the men should bo attended by a concession to (he public, Councillor Fuller went on to say that the new agreement in regard to tho Christmas Day service actually constituted a broach of the Ordor-m-Council authorising tho running of tjin car service in Wellington. Tho Order-m-Coiincil clearly stated that on that day tho ordinary service was to be maintained. Councillor Hindmarsh observed that it was a. sad day for the council when Councillor Fuller became a, iTamway ex. pert.
