No details of the Victorian elections have come, through. Tho latest report slates that most of the returns aro still incomplete, and it is impossible as yet to forecast the result. Probably parties will be littlo altered from the last Parliament. On tho figures so far available, the Ministerialists hnve gained one feat. The Treasurer has boon re-elected. HEAVY POLLING. Pec. November 17, 0.45 a.m.) Melbourne, November IC. The weather is fine for the elections. A half-holiday has been granted, and the polling is heavy. The women turned out well. The poll closed at seven, but the returns aro very slow.
