The constitution of the board to deal with the wharf labourers' troubles has been completed. At the request of both sides, Judge Scholes, President of tho Industrial Court, has agreed to act as chairman', forging a portion of his vacation. His acceptance is conditional on the men resuming work under tho-agreement existing before, tho trouble. Tho representative of the men agreed to put tho matter before tho proper authorities. The Jndgo said he was sure they would do the best possible to fulfil the condition. The wharf labourers have resumed work at, the Adelaide Shipping Company's wharf. At all tho others work is proceeding steadily.
