SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications are for a chantre; westerly winds backing to northerly and freshening in meet parts of tho country. Tho barometer will probably fall everywhere shortly, with increasing haze and cloudiness, especially in the south, where a low pressure is likely to pas 3 about Sunday. The barometer has risen everywhere, with southerly winds strong to gale, but a chancre ia already taking place in the 9outliernmoi»t districts, where the barometer has already commenced to fall.
