South Australia continued their fifcond innings against thn Englishmen in hot weather to-day, their total being 220 runs for tho loss of eight wickets. Tho gamo finished in throo-n.ua rlers of an hour. Mayno, who played a splendid defensive innings, was at the wickets for 214 minutes. His score included eight fours. Douglas bowled well, and tho English fielding was brilliant. Mayn was caught by Douglas off Wooltey at eighty-four, and Webster was bowled by Douglas at eight. Kirkwood was tho not-out man.
