TERRIFIC WEATHER.
ON THE GEEAT AMERICAN LAKES. By Teleerapli—Press Association—Copyright Vancouver, November 13. Duluth, the Lake Superior terminus of the Northern Pacific railroad, reports that terrific weather has been experienced on the great lakes. Steamers are reaching port sheathed in ice. Tho temperature is fourteen degrees below zoro. All vessels are overdue. The anchor of one vessel was gripped so by tho ice that it was impossible to start her, TORNADO IN AMERICA. Chicago, November 13. In Michigan, Illinois, and Wisconsin tho tornado caused a score of deaths. Several of tho smaller vessels on Lake Michigan wero blown ashore.
