Tho temperature is fourteen degrees below zoro. All vessels are overdue. The anchor of one vessel was gripped so by tho ice that it was impossible to start her, TORNADO IN AMERICA. Chicago, November 13. In Michigan, Illinois, and Wisconsin tho tornado caused a score of deaths. Several of tho smaller vessels on Lake Michigan wero blown ashore.
