A jury at Middlesex Sessions was recently challenged by Mr. Purcell, who was defending barrister in the case to bo tried. Asked what were his grounds, ho replied: "It is not nccessarv for me to giyo a reason. I might mention that this jury has been sitting continuously for three days." The jury wero discharged.
