4 THE FIE ST CITY PARADE. The first parodo of Territorials in Wellington was licld at Buckle Street last evening, when No. I) Company Garrison Artillery mustered about 100 strong under Captain Iluino, while Lieutenants Brown. Blackett, and Mnnro were also on parado. Of tho 7.' new men posted to tho company, about forty were present io be sworn in. The process occupied considerable time, tho remainder of the company meanwhile being- drafted into squads for instruction. The new-comers, who ore mostly residents of the Kilbirnie district, appear to 1» n, promising squad.
