FREE FIGHT.
IN AUSTRIAN PARLIAMENT. By Tflleeraoh—Press Aesociation-Coßyrichl Vienna, November 12. There was a scene of pandemonium in the Austrian Parliament yesterday. One of tho members, M. Malik, thrice slashed another member's faco with a dogwhip. M. Lummer then thrashed M. Malik. A freo fight followed and the sitting had to be suspended.
