9 POLICE OPINION. Bj Telegraph—Press Asaociation-CoDjrigbi Sydney, November 8. The police are of opinion that more than one person wis concerned in Mr. Trevascus's murder. One theory is that deceased, who was purchasing old gold and precious metal, unwittingly came in contact with thieves and plunderers who on the strength of the knowledge gained in the course of business, planned tho crime. . FRESH COMPLICATIONS.
MOVEMENTS OP TRAVASCUS. (Kec. November 8, 9.5 p.m.) Sydney, November 8. The police have been informed that Travascus left home after 9 o'clock on Tuesday morning, but aro unable- to confirm this. Should it prove truo it will remove suspicion from the man who called early on Tuesday. Nothing fresh was discovered to-day. The police aro endeavouring to connect tho few faint clues in their possession, but are meeting with little success. JUSTIFIABLE EOMICIDE. (Eec. November 9, 0.20 p.m.) Sydney, November 8. The Broderick inquest has concluded. The jury returned a verdict of justifiable homicide.
