LIQUIDATION ENDED. . By Telegraph—Press Association—OoDTriisiit (Eec. November 8, 9.55 p.m.) London, November 8. Mr. Whinney, liquidator of W. aad A. M'Arthur, Ltd., announces that ho has sold all tho preference shares, and the realisation of tho estate, is practically ended. The final dividend, with previous distributions, equals twelve shillings in tho pound. The company went into liquidation early in IMB, and was immediately reoonstructed and registered on March 11, 1508, with an authorised sharo capital of ■£223,000, and debenture stock of ,£200,000.
