Mr. Philip Npiyliury, Hie cultured tenor singer whoso visit to New Zealand yoars ago, with tho Ncwliury-Snada Concert I'arty, will be well remembered by Wellington concert-goers, will arrive in New Zealand at tho end of the present month (November 27), and will in all probability remain in tho Dominion for two or three months. Miss Bright and Messrs. Burns, Bnllacliey, Low, and IlasUim have been elected to represent the Wellington District Institute at the annual council of the New Zealand Educational Institute, to be held at Timavn in January, 1912.
