Six and a half ounces (lour, J teaspoonful carbonate of soda, So/., suet (chopped), 2 tablespoonfuts milk, 1 breakt'astcupful sweet inelled butter, strawberry jam, sauce. Sift the Hour into a basin, mix the suet with it and add the jam, warm tho milk, dissolve the soda in it, and stir them to the other ingredients. Put the mixture in a greased basin, cover with greased paper, and steam 3 hours. Turn out and serve with sweet melted butter- sauce. FOR TO-MORROW. Sis or Seven Pounds Corned Beef. Carrol's. Turnips. Suet. Lemons.
