Palmerston, November 1 A general meeting of the New Zealand Breeders' Association was held to-night, it was dccided to transfer the headquarters from Masterton to Feilding, and also that all meetings bo held at Palmerston. Mr. Wackrill, of Feilding, was appointed secretary in place of Mr. G. R. Sykes, of Masterton, resigned.
