N.Z. BUTTER.

UNKNOWN ON TITE ENGLISH MARKET. Mr. C. M. Crpsswell, secretary of the Wanganui Meat Freezing Company, who returned from a business trip to England a day or two ago, speaking to a reporter, said he regretted that ail the time ho was in England lie had never been able to find a place whore New Zealand butter was Totalled. It was apparently all bought up by manipulators who "blended" it with inferior butter, or else had water added to it, and it was then worked up again into greater weight. He had never found it retailed as New Zealand butter and though ho made many inquiries, not only did none of the stores retail it', but they did not even seem to know anything about New Zealand butter.
