1 MUNICIPAL RECEIPTS AND EXPENDITURE. Tho City Electrical Engineer (Mr. Stuart Richardson), reporting to the Tramways Committee of tho City Council yesterday on tho tramway and power supply for the four weeks ended, October 13 last, stated that the tramway account showed a gross revenue increase for the four weeks of .£■ll3; the working expenses showed an increase of .£223 as compared with the corresponding period ol' last year.
