A, TWELVE MEN DROWNED. By Telcjraph—Press Association—Copyrit'lit New York, October 20. At Hibernia, Morris County, New Jersey, a blast destroyed the partition between two shafts of tho iron mines of the Wharton Steel Company. Water flooded the workings, and twelve men were drowned. Tho victims were mostly foreigners. Sixty men in all were overwhelmed, all escaping savo those who were unable to make their way out of the flooded gallery.
