MUCH DISSATISFACTION. By Teleeraph—Press-Association-Copyright Ottawa, October 19. There is general dissatisfaction throughout the Dominion at the Tesult of tho census, published yesterday. Many towns aro planning to hold their own census. The census-takers wero political appointees, and it is said that mamy were unfitted for tho task. Whole streets in one large town weroleft uncounted, so it is claimcd.
