The Chamber of Deputies, by 125 rotes to 00, carried a motion expressing confidence that the Cabinet wouldsafeguard tho Sultan's sovereign rights in ■ Tripoli and tho Empire's integrity. The new Cabinet contains fax members of Haklci Pasha's late Ministry.
