Rushing into a saloon carriage at Novocherkassk, a town in the province of tho Don Cossacks, a student named Kristi thrice shot with a revolver, and mortally wounded, Prineo Troubetzkoi, a member of the Council of Empire. (Rec. October 18, 11 p.m.) St. Petersburg, October 18. Princo Troubotzkoi has succumbed. Tho murderer was a relative of tlio deceased prince.
