PLANS FOR DISSOLUTION. By TeJecraph—Press Association—CoDvrlcht Now York, October 17. Tho American Tobacco Trust has filed plans for reorganisation in accordanco with tho Supremo Court decision. The trust is asking for an extension of time till March, 1912, in which to obey the injunction.
