TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for Tna Dominion.) WEDNESDAY. Roast leg of mutton. Potatoes, cauli(lower. Prunes. Boiled rico. Checso straws. CHEESE STRAWS. Three ounces cheeso, 3oz, flour, 2oz. buttor, i-teaspooni'ul baking powder, salt to tafte, a little- cayenne-, a little milk. Rub the butter into the Hour, add tho cheese grated, baking powder, salt and cayenne to taste. Mix to a stiff pasto irith milk. Turn on to a floured board, roll ont, and cut into strips about three inches long. Brush over with egg. Bake In a brisk oven about five minutes. FOR TO-MOKUOW. Kb. or 71b. brisket of beef. Bacon. ' Carrot 3. Onions. Savoury herbs. Allspice and mace. Marmalade.
