October IS, 1.5 a.m.) Sydney, October 17 In Hie Legislative Assembly, Mr. Moxham, member for Parramatta, got at cross-purposes with the Speaker, who ordered his removal. Mr. Moxham, on leaving the Chamber, voluntarily interjected that the Speaker was blacker than ho looked. He was then ordered to bo brought back, and eventually apologised. Mr. Lcvien moved tho second reading of the Totalisator Bill.
