THE AMENDED REGULATIONS.

Amended regulations under tho Stock Act appear in la< weeks Gazette tor prevention of blackleg amongst cattle. Infected area "A" under the original ■Vet is revoked, and the following area substituted:-"All that area m the laranaki and Wellington Land Districts hounded towards the north generally by the Mokau River from the sea to tho north-w<«tern corner of tho Mokau-Moha-katiho No. lg Block; thence by_ the westera and south-western boundaries of that block and the north-eastern boundary of Mokau-Mohakatino No. lj Block to Sαwliitiraupeka Trig. Station; thence by. Blocks IV and VIII, Waro Survey District, to the Tongaponitu-Mangaroa Road; thence by that road to the westernmost corner of Section No. 22, Block V, Olntra Survey District; thence bv tho eastern watershed of the Tnngarakau Stream, over Mahoewaruwnru, Tatu,.and Penota Trig. Stations to the Ohuraßoad; thenco by the Ohura Road to the Heao Stream; thenco by that stream to the northern boundary"of the Whangamomona County; thence by tho leading spur eastwards to the western watershed of the Ohnra River; thenco by the watershed to the Wangamii River" at Onetca; thence by the right bank of the , said Wangamu River to the point where it meets the-south-eastoni lwnndary-lino of the Taranaki Land District; thence towards tho Fouth br a right line to tho intersection of tho Fntca Rirer with tho south-east-c-rn boundary.line of the Ilawera County; (hence towards the south-east by tho south-eastern boundary lino of the Ha-wfli-a County to the sea.; and thence towards the 'south-west, west, and northwest by tho sea to the Mokau River."
