ARTIST RUNS AMUCK

A man named De Veno, described as an artist, who was brandishing a loaded revolver against tho police, and who was ' nlso armed with a dagger, was arrested in Holborn. De Vene confessed that he had .attempted to shoot some detectives, after <s raid on a shop in Oxford Street.
