By Tclesraph-Press Association-Copyright London, October 15, Mr. Lloyd-George, Chancellor of tho Exchequer, addressing a meeting in London, complained of a crusndo of misrepresentation against tho National Insurance Bill. JSo one, he said, had over embarked on reforms witliout encountering opposition Irani vested interests. Tho BUI must to pertinaciously fought through Parliament. .Mr. Lloyd-Ueorgo added that it would be four years before tho next general election. In 1911 ho would fight tho Insurance Bill through or fall; the Bill would become operative in 11)12; the benefits from it would be ilowing in 1913, and be growing wider by 1911. Air. , George Lansbury, Labour member for Tower Hamlets, speaking at Bradford, 6aid that, despite Mr. Lloyd-George, if tho Liberal, Tory, Labour, and Irish parties voted each according to their conscience, the Insurance Bill had not e ghost of a chance of reaching the Statute- Book. ■
