A sitting of fcho Tramway Appeal Board was held to-day to consider an apiteal by John Fitzpa trick, conductor on tho city oiectric trams, against his dismissal. Fitzpatriek was dismissed on September 1 for alleged unsatisfactory record, and especially on tho ground that ho had made a e?rious charge, without tho slightest foundation, npainst luspoetoa- Golden, and (Ihcit ho had mtulo contradictory btatenieaits) to tho niannser (Mr. Alexander). Tho Ixxird was composed of Mr. H. Y. Widdowson, S.M. (chairman), Councillor J. .1. Morlow (ropresonting the Tramwnj-e Departmont), >rr\ Ms , . W. Belcher (representing tho Tramways' Union).
