TO-DAY'S DINNER.

(Specially written for Tub Dominion.) MONDAY. Kidney soup. Sausages in battw. Potatoes. Turnips. Paradise pudding. PARADISE PUDDING. Four ounces breadcrumbs, 3 eggs, ioz sultanas, juirc of half lemon, 4oz. apples (peeled), prate of nutmeg, cored and chopped, lemon pauco, 2oz. castor sugar. pat the breadcrumbs sultanas, apples, sugar, and nutmeg in a basin and mix them together. Beat up the egg's, and add them with the lemon juiec to the other ingredients. Put the mixture into a greased basin, cover with a greased paper, and steam 2 hours. Turn out and serve with lemon sauce. FOR TO-MORROW. Half-pint lentils, 21b. chops, cabbage, golden syrup.
