CUTTER AND LAUNCH COLLIDE.
ACCIDENT IN SAN FRANCISCO BAY. By Telegraph-Press Association—Copyright (Rec. October 15, 5.5 p.m.) New York, October 14. While returning from tho reception to President Taft, at Oakland, a cutter containing the band of the cruiser California, collided with a launch in San Francisco Bay. Twenty-fivo persons wero thrown into the water and one was drowned.
