MANGATANGI VALLEY ESTATE.
In this issue will be found particulars of the Mangatangi Valley Estate, which is to be sold by public auction on Friday, October 27, at Auckland, bv Messrs. Samuel Vaile aud Sons, who are acting in conjunction with Mr. F. P. Corkill, of New Plymouth, for tho vendors, a group of New Plymouth residents. Tho property, which comprises 10,500 acres, is situuted thirty-five miles south-east from Auckland, and about twelve miles from tho Pokeno and Mercer Stations, on tho Auckland-Wellington Main Trunk railway. It is also within a few miles of various landing places on the Firth of Ihames, whence there is regular communication with Auckland. The country largely comprises rolling downs, nearly all oi which is ploughable. and it is being divided into twentv-four sections ranging from 185 to 2373" acres.
