The' Viceroy has fled, and a bomb killod tho commander of tho troops: Five foreign gunboats are protecting Hankau. ' ARRESTS MADE. Poking, October 10. The. revolutionaries at Hankau bad planned to seize Wuchang oil the opposite side of Yangtse-kiang, where twentyeight were arrested, four of them being beheaded.
