1 COSSACKS FORCED TO RETIRE. By Tcleirraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. October 12, 0.35 a.m.) Teheran, October 11. Mr. Morgan Sinister, tho American official who was appointed TreasurerGeneral of Persia some months ago, after notifying tho Russian Minister, sent a hundred gendarmes, in command of an American officer, to seize the property of Bhua-es-Sultaneh, one of the ex-Shah's brothers, who aided tho revolt. The Russian Cossacks, who had previously prevented tho seizure, then retired. The Russian Consul has protested, alleging that the property was mortgaged to tho Russian Bank.
