TO-DAY'S DINNER.

(Specially written for Tiib Dominion.) WEDNESDAY. Lentil soup. Boiled leg of mutton. Caper sauce. Carrot,?. Turnips. Potatoes. Steamed • raisin pudding. Sweet melted butter. STEAMED RAISIN PUDDING. Two teacupftils of flour, 1 teacupful of suet, 1 teacupful sugar, 1 teacupful milk, 1 egg, 1 teaspoonful carbonate of soda, 1 teaspoonful cream of tartar, J teacupful raisins, grated rind of half a lemon. Gteasa a pudding basin. Shred the suet and chop it finely. Prepare the fruit. Dissolve the soda in a little warm milk. Mix all the dry ingredients together. Add tho beaten egg and milk and soda. Mix well. Put into the basin and steam two hours. Serve with sweet melted butter. FOR TO-MORROW . Macaroni. Stock. One ox tail. Pickled walnuts. Tapioca.
