HOME RULE BILL.
GOVERNMENT UNFLINCHING. By TeleEraph-Prcss Association-Copyright (Rec. Octobor 8, 5.5 p.m.) London, October 7. Mr. Herbert Samuel, Postmaster-Gen-eral, at Belfast declared that the Government was unflinching in its resolution to carry Homo Rule. Tho rights of the Ulster Protestants would bo amply safeguarded. Mr. Bodmond, speaking at Manchester, said tho Nationalists did not demand n coordinate Parliament, such as Ireland had had before tho Union, but a Parliament subjoct to tho supremacy of the Parliament at Westminster.
